No, and using one is the most common mistake we see here. New Farm's housing runs across five construction eras, sometimes within a single property. Timber needs an oil-based primer on bare areas, brick needs an alkali-resistant sealer, and rendered sections need a breathable topcoat. We specify each substrate separately in the proposal so nothing gets a coating designed for something else.
